Catching Up...

So we are a few weeks behind on the blog, but we have been busy.  I missed two weeks ago because we were packing and organizing for our big trip to Ontario, and last weeks because we were at the cottage.  I got some pictures loaded on my mom's computer and here they are to catch you up on our adventures....

Practicing walking AND wearing his backpack!

My Handsome men

Playing Sesame Street together

Toronto Gramma arrived in Calgary for a few days and we got her in the lake, with Wil driving his garage sale floaty car!

Ready for our first visit to the park in Toronto

Playing games at the cottage

Digging in the horseshoe pit

Mom and Wil's kyak adventure!

Two dudes going for a hike in the "jungle" with their walking sticks

"Big Mouth Billy Bass" haunted me when I worked at Toys Toys Toys, but apparently the best thing ever for the boys at the cottage.

The boys watching the fish
(It was one of the few things that kept Carson happy, poor guy had a rough time, sick, teething and overtired.  Billy Bass made him laugh, he even constantly did his sign for "more" everytime it stopped singing, that is why it ended up on the floor so they could push the button themselves.)

Night one we had a bucket bath in a rubbermaid bin, night two we had to test the outside tree shower, he loved it! His first real shower too (other than rinsing at swimming).

Carson discovering that his Frosted Flakes box was actually filled with Cheerios, and dumping them out to find some flakes!

Concentrating hard on getting all the colours lined up

watching his fish and Olympics, naked, because why not!?!?!?!
Even retired, Gramma is forever a math teacher.  Building shapes with Jenga blocks!

Wil driving the big boat and eating a snack... he is a good multitasker!

Carson got a turn to drive the big boat

Hope all the pictures make up for my slacking!!  Stay tuned, more adventures to come.... Daddy arrives tomorrow and the boys and I are excited!
