Ready for Fall!

Summer is winding down.  Back to school for Wil tomorrow, back to activities and back to normal routines.  I have to say that I am not altogether upset.  Don't get me wrong, we have had a great summer.  One of the best in fact.  We experienced lots of new things, saw so many people and just really enjoyed ourselves, but it was busy, very busy.... and I am tired!  It's challenging to fill days up with fun and stimulating activities, to constantly apply and reapply sunscreen to a screaming 2 year old, to remember to bring enough snacks and water and keep everyone happy.  It will be a nice change to have some things ready planned for me, school to keep Wil stimulated, sports and activities to burn some energy and some cooler weather to make it easier to sleep at night. Here are some more summer highlight pictures as we get ready to welcome the fall (which is my favourite season).

I try to make a point of always bringing my camera when I go to wake Carson up... he gets himself into the funniest positions and he is so cute when he is sleeping!
