Carson wearing his green mustache from Gramma Toronto
(This kid makes me laugh, his facial expressions are so funny... you can read exactly what he is thinking {or what he is about to do that he shouldn't be} by the look on his face)
Wil has been reading books on his own a lot lately and Carson will often walk over to him with a book and say, "Willya, wead me a book pwease". It's really cute, and aside from the mom in me being super proud of Wil's blossoming reading skills, my inner teacher is too.
(Reading is a really interesting milestone.... amazing to see it happening, and to see how the world opens up for your child.)
My weekend morning view
(and the view I will see on weekend mornings for many years to come)
Superman dives across the ice
(Wil is in the white jersey, red gloves, closest to the boards)
Rink rat!
"Mommy, I a brave knight. I going to rescue the princess from the dragon"
(Carson has an amazing imagination, I love all the games he comes up with. His Knight's "helmet" is awesome!!)
We did hit plus temperatures finally.... the boys were so eager to get outside and play with their outside toys.... maybe a bit optimistic as there is A LOT of snow in our backyard!
Ridin' Bikes!
(I'm really looking forward to this part of summer this year. Carson is awesome at pedaling his trike on his own, and Wil has decided he is ready for his big boy bike with "4 wheels. two big, big wheels and two tiny ones at the back so I won't fall over". I don't have to push or pull anyone this summer... maybe I can get a bike of my own!! {hint hint Chad})
Two handsome men enjoying the sun
Carson working on the "lake"
"It's really sunny Mom, I think I need two pairs of glasses!"
Multi tasking
(There were just too many outdoor things to do... Carson couldn't pick just one)
Ready for the beach
(water wings and floaties... and another great facial expression)
We had all the beach toys out
(making it rain with the water squirter)
Ready to swim
(Bahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahaha!!!!)
Really enjoying his hockey equipment... apparently it's not just for playing hockey, but also important for eating lunch safely!
Since our computer has been broken, then magically fixed, my pictures have not been transferring properly. Hopefully I can figure this out so I can get these blogs completed more frequently!
Will is so stinkin' cute in his hockey equipment!!
