Sensational Snapshot Sunday

Some weeks I have so many ideas for blog posts, and some weeks I just don't, sorry, I can't be exceptionally creative all the time ;)  I will blog at will when the ideas hit me, but I am going to try something new on days that I have no theme or agenda... just post some photos for you.  In reality, that is what most of you look forward to anyways right?!?!?  I will call these "Sensational Snapshot Sundays".  Here is the first one...

Skating is exhausting!

(This was the first night, today we went for his fifth time on the ice and he can actually "skate" for a bit by himself without the red pushy thing!  He is doing great!)

(Young John {my brother} met Younger John {my cousin Helen's son} while we were all in Ontario this week for Grandma's funeral.  They quite liked each other and I think he might have been my brother's favourite baby of all time.  He was so good and so entertaining.  What a happy wee man.)

Northern Lights in my backyard!!!

(I know this is an absolutely awful picture, I don't have the right camera, but I had to try to capture it.  I have never seen them before, and could not believe I was seeing it in my backyard!)

I thought we were finished with "baby" food, but apparently these are the best snacks EVER!  Carson loves them, I can toss them in my bag, he can just squeeze them right into his mouth and at least it is fruits and veggies!
