So Thankful

I have a quite a long list of things to be thankful for... this year and every year.  I have wonderful family and friends, lots of people to love and care about, and who love and care about me.  My life is full.  I am happy.  It's always nice to take advantage of this Thanksgiving holiday to help remind you of all the wonderful things that there are in this world.

My Thanksgiving morning started out with a bit of a sleep in and then Wil coming into our room to cuddle, and saying, "Mommy, I am thanksgiving for you."  I replied, "You are thanksgiving for me???"  To which he said, "Yes, at school we learned that today you are thanksgiving for the people you love, so I am thanksgiving for you and Daddy and Carson."  (me) "Well, I am Thanksgiving for you and Daddy and Carson too!!"

The lovely centerpiece and handprint turkey Wil made at school

Thankful for handsome boys that love to play hockey together

It was a nice day so we decided to go watch some airplanes taking off and landing out by the airport

This was a big one!

Auntie Lindsay and Uncle Ward hosted us all for Thanksgiving dinner
(Cutest kids table!)

Of course dinner was followed with a dance party
(which became a topless dance party when all the kids took off their shirts)
(Wil's dancing face makes me laugh!)

Pumpkin pie break

I posted the next series because I find it hilarious how hard it is to get a decent picture of kids this age... it is still a never ending quest!  The Original Never Ending Quest Post

Take one
(Wil's super cheese face)

Take Two
(Where's Clay going?)

Take Three
(one gone, Carson clearly concerned about it, Wil being silly and Charlotte getting bored of saying cheese)

Take four
(Let's try to block Clay in... Wil and Carson not loving their little cousin in their personal space)

Take Five
(There were too many cameras, no one knows where to look)

Take Six
(Uh oh... there goes Clay again)
(time to quite while we were ahead?!??!)

Holiday Monday Helping Dad cut the grass one last time
(This was really cute... Carson went back and forth with his little lawnmower following Chad for the entire lawn.  He was pretty proud of himself for helping cut the grass)
