We are all getting settled in and really enjoying our new house and new neighbourhood. It was bittersweet to leave Evergreen, and Wil still sometimes asks about number 18, but all in all things are great here. We have already been to the lake several times, and the "little" park is perfect for the boys. We have also met some of our new neighbours and are getting to know our way around . I have been very impressed (and proud) at how well the boys have adapted. I was not sure what to expect, having moved a lot myself, but never with a toddler and a baby. It only took them one night to get used to their new home. Our first night in the house, Wil was up at 3 wandering around looking for me, but went right back to bed. Carson, was up 3 or 4 times, confused as well, but he also settled back in easily. Since then they have both been sleeping great and are taking advantage of all that the new house has to offer.
Here are some pictures.... I titled this part one, because the whole house is not quite organized yet, so I will do another blog with some more photos once more rooms become ready!
Bye Bye Everridge Villas, you were a great house!

(excuse the messy bed!!)
Upstairs spare bedroom
(It is literally just a bed in the room, we will have to get some more furniture for it down the road)
Front sitting room
(another work in progress)
Kitchen eating area
Okay, that is all for now.... the rest of the house will follow in a few days when more things become organized. We have just finished painting in the playroom and our TV guy is coming on Wednesday to mount the TV, so that will finish off a few more rooms! Exciting times to see it all coming together!!
Looks great! I love that Wil gets a hockey room! Awesome.
