Holiday Fun!

Happy New Year!  So hard to believe that another year is beginning!  The last year was one filled with lots of changes and excitment in our house with Wil growing, changing and learning so much and of course, Carson being born and making our little family complete!  I look forward to all the exciting things to come in 2012!

We had a very fun Christmas this year filled with lots of visitors, family time, food and laughs.  Thank you to my in laws, Em and Bill, for having us in their home, for entertaining us and guests and for helping to create another year of great Christmas memories.  Santa was also very good to us, and the boys were beyond spoiled with so many nice gifts. 

In addition to the fun and excitement of the Christmas season, Carson got three more teeth, he has officially become a crawler and is getting faster everyday AND he has learned how to pull himself up to a standing position. (I found him one day after his nap standing up in his crib, and ever since then he is pulling up on anything he can find).  Wil's world is never going to be the same now that Carson is mobile and can move around to get the toys that Wil tries to keep away from him!!

Wil got a "singing machine" and it had the Star Spangled Banner on the CD so he had to get his flag and has been singing it ever since!

Between getting 3 new teeth, the excitement of Christmas and a new bed, Carson was having some trouble sleeping so he got to snuggle in with mommy and daddy.

(While it is not a habit we are wanting to get into, I have to admit that I kind of like when he touches his forhead to mine and puts his little hand on my face and falls quietly to sleep.  The extra hour or two of sleep it buys us isn't bad either! )
