The end of the cold outside and the colds inside!

The blog is a bit late, but hopefully I can be forgiven after the few weeks we have had!  Finally last week Wil started to feel better, but as things go, Carson got quite sick.  Another trip to the Doctor's office, more prescriptions, sad, pitiful children stuck in the house, and not much sleep for mommy and daddy!  Finally we are all getting back to normal, and we are able to leave the house again!  I don't have many photos from this past week, since we were house bound, but here are the highlights!

My sick wee man... pitiful but still smiling!

Trying to entertain ourselves while being stuck inside for two weeks!
(There is never a bad time to blow bubbles!)

Back on the rink and perfecting his slap shot!

"I be the goalie"

Nothing makes me smile as much as hearing the boys laugh, even more so when they are playing together and laughing.  It can actually bring tears to my eyes and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  I have a few videos from this week of the boys playing together (it is starting to happen more and more, when Wil is in the right mood) but I thought this one was a good one to showcase Carson's little personality.  We think he is going to be quite the little "devil", you can see in the clip, the sparkle he gets in his eye when he is doing something questionable.  We get this look when we say no to him, he turns around and smiles, and often laughs at us.... we are definately going to have our hands full!!

I can't get enough of the sleeping photos!

The next generation of dishwasher helpers!

P.S. in addition to his horrible cold, Carson has added another tooth to his mouth, making our total up to 7, with one more making it's way out any day now... then hopefully a little break from teething for a while.

  1. I love Carson's superman sleeper with the cape - awesome. I also love how Wil looks like he's too cool to play and then puts his foot right in Carson's reach. I will have to look into bubbles for this house...I have a little man who would likely be very entertained by them and I had never thought of them before!

See you soon!!! (for some wine and laughs!)
