Lots of Love and Family!

Last week celebrated two of my favourite things.... love and family!  While I don't really believe you need to have a special day to celebrate those you love, you should do that every day, it is a nice reminder.  Same with Family, but I do enjoy the family day long weekend. 

We celebrated our Valentine's Day in high style, first with a homemade meal of heart-shaped meatballs, then some nice cards and Valentine's stickers and topped it all off with a very romantic trip to....... Walmart!  Yes, that is how having kids changes things!! 

For Family Day we went to see Grandma and Grandpa Red Deer and spent a nice weekend there.  We met some goats, went skating, played lots of driveway hockey and got spoiled.

Carson loves the window of this toy store.  We spend lots of time running back and forth and naming animals when we are at the mall.  It is very exciting!

I apologize for being behind on the blog.... I am having some issues with uploading photos.  Since I know most of you do not read the blog for my fabulous witty writing, I haven't updated recently because I can't seem to get the pictures on.  I tried again just now, and still having problems.... sorry.  Hopefully I can figure it out soon.

In the meantime... we have had two sick little boys with colds that won't quit, one tired mommy and some bathroom renovations.  Throw in some swimming lessons, Sportball, playdates and we are keeping busy!

I will try tomorrow if naptime is good to figure out why my pictures are not showing up on my computer... then i will catch you up and make sure to upload some bonus pictures!
